Wind Farm Lički Medvjed sponsor of the Gacka run 2024

The ninth Gacka Run Half Marathon & 5 km race, organized by the Community of Sports Associations of the City of Otočac, took place this weekend in Otočac, drawing around 300 participants of all ages. Approximately 160 young children from kindergartens and schools competed in a 500-meter race on Saturday, with the youngest competitor being just two years old.

The beauty of Otočac and the Gacka River

On the second day, about 150 runners took part in races along the Gacka River, covering distances of 5 and 21 kilometers. The Wind Farm Lički Medvjed sponsored the event again this year, supporting the race that promotes sports and physical activity while promoting the beauty of Otočac and the Gacka River. Additionally, the Wind Farm gave Polaroid photos to participants and spectators, allowing them to preserve memories of this event forever.
